Questions about pricing
How does an event plan work?
Every event is free up to the free tier’s number of delegates. For more delegates, buy a plan for that event by the number of delegates you expect. You can upgrade later by paying the difference.
What does the annual subscription include?
Every event of your institution within one year, each up to the subscription’s number of delegates, without buying a plan per event.
How do we pay by invoice or LPO?
In your account, choose the plan and request an invoice. Add your institution’s TIN, VRN and LPO number. We issue the invoice, you pay by bank or EFT, and the plan is activated once we confirm the payment. A receipt is issued.
How are SMS and WhatsApp paid for?
With a messaging package for the event, per delegate. The package covers every message of that event to that delegate: badge, notices, reminders and certificate. E-mail is free.
