Terms of Use — InvitePro Officials

These terms cover the use of InvitePro Officials, provided by [Company legal name], by institutions (ministries, councils, public agencies, companies and NGOs) and their teams.
1. Institution account
Whoever opens the account confirms they are authorised to act for the institution. The institution is responsible for the team members it invites and the permissions it gives them.
2. Delegate data
The institution is the controller of delegate data and is responsible for collecting it lawfully and informing the delegates. InvitePro processes it only on the institution's instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Plans, invoices and LPOs
Plan prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Payment by invoice or LPO activates the plan once the payment is confirmed. SMS and WhatsApp messages are paid with a messaging package. InvitePro does not pay delegate allowances; it only reports them.
4. Acceptable use
The service must not be used to send unsolicited messages, impersonate another institution or issue false certificates.
